Planning a Christmas office party in Liverpool? Baby E is ideal for teams of 40 to 100. Our location on Dale Street puts you just a minute from Moorfields station and close to city centre parking. It’s a spot that’s easy to reach, perfect for your team to celebrate together after work.
Whether you’re organising something casual or coordinating a full office party, we’ll help you host a memorable night.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
We keep things simple with clear pricing and festive-friendly packages:
- Guest Numbers: 40 to 100
- Hire Fee: £300
- Damages Deposit: £150 (refundable)
- Minimum Bar Spend: £500 (on the night or pre-arranged)
- Catering: £14 per person (optional, festive menu available)
- Event Times: from 5pm - 1am (Sundays 5pm - midnight)
- Decorator Access: From 4:30pm (collection 8-9am next day)
- Under 18s: Welcome until 9pm
- Entertainment: DJs/singers welcome (recommendations available)
Serving the Christmas Vibes with Our Festive Specials
Our optional £14 per person catering is made fresh in-house and packed with festive favourites. Think cranberry cheese bites, honey mustard pigs in blankets, warm pies, Christmas butties and plenty of sweet treats like festive cookies. All the comfort food you’d hope for at a Christmas get together. Got something specific in mind? Just let us know and we’ll make it happen.
To go with it we’ve got a bar full of seasonal favourites. Mulled wine, Candy Cane Fizz, creamy Baileys and more. We’ll keep the drinks flowing all night.
Vegan and vegetarian options are always available, making sure there’s something for everyone.
Can we decorate the venue for our Christmas party?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own decor, centrepieces or crackers. We love seeing the space dressed up for the occasion. You’ll have access from 4.30pm on the day, with time to collect any items between 8 and 9am the next morning.
Is there a dancefloor or space for music?
Yes, our open-plan layout is perfect for dancing and we can recommend DJs.
Can you provide drinks packages or cocktail specials?
Of course. Speak to us about customising your drinks menu or festive cocktails.
Do you offer all-inclusive packages?
