Food and Drinks
Add delicious catering to your birthday celebration. From sharing platters and wraps to bagels, vibrant vegan-friendly dishes, and hot meals such as chilli or lasagne, our menu is perfect for grazing tables or casual party bites.
Drinks are available throughout the evening, and you can select a pre-arranged all-inclusive package, including wines, cocktails, beers, and soft drinks. If you have any special drinks you’d like us to include, we can create a tailored package for you.

We keep pricing simple and flexible with options to suit your guest list and budget. Here’s what’s included when you hire Baby E for your birthday party:
- Guest Numbers: 40 to 100
- Hire Fee: £300
- Damages Deposit: £150 (refundable)
- Minimum Bar Spend: £500 (on the night or pre-arranged)
- Catering: £15 per person (optional)
- Drinks Packages: Bucket of Bottled Beer £100, 6 Bottles of Prosecco £150, 6 Bottles of Wine £120 (optional)
- Event Times: from 5pm - 1am (Sundays 5pm - midnight)
- Decorator Access: From 4:30pm (collection 8-9am next day)
- Under 18s: Welcome until 9pm
- Entertainment: DJs/singers welcome (recommendations available)

You can host any birthday celebration at Baby E, from milestone birthdays like 18th, 21st, 30th, 40th, 50th, or 60th to relaxed get-togethers with friends. Our venue is flexible and can accommodate both intimate and larger celebrations.
Can I decorate the space for my birthday?
Yes! Our open-plan venue is a blank canvas, perfect for adding personal touches like banners, balloons, and birthday signs. We encourage guests to bring decorations to make your party truly unique.
Is live music or a DJ allowed?
Absolutely. DJs, live music, or your own playlist are all welcome to make your birthday celebration lively. We can also provide recommendations.
Do you provide catering and drinks?
Yes. You can add freshly prepared catering with sharing platters, wraps, bagels, and vegan-friendly options. Drinks are available throughout the evening as part of a minimum bar spend or a pre-arranged all-inclusive package.
Can children attend birthday parties at Baby E?
Yes, children are very welcome. Under 18s must leave the venue by 9pm.
Is parking available near the venue?
Yes. We’re located just off Dale Street in Liverpool city centre. The closest car parks are NCP Moorfields and Victoria Street Car Park, both within easy walking distance. We’re also just a minute’s walk from Moorfields train station, making it easy for guests arriving by rail.
