Whether you’re planning a small baby shower with close friends or a larger celebration for up to 100 guests, Baby E provides the perfect setting in the heart of Liverpool.

Our open-plan space is full of character, with warm lighting and an industrial feel. It’s a blank canvas you can make your own. If the weather’s on your side, guests can enjoy a drink or take photos out on the Temple Garden terrace. We’re just steps from Moorfields station and a short walk from the city’s main car parks.

We keep things simple with clear pricing and optional extras to make planning easy. Here’s what to expect when you hire Baby E for your baby shower:
- Guest Numbers: 40 to 100
- Hire Fee: £300
- Damages Deposit: £150 (refundable)
- Minimum Bar Spend: £500 (on the night or pre-arranged)
- Catering: £14 per person (optional)
- Event Times: from 5pm - 1am (Sundays 5pm - midnight)
- Decorator Access: From 4:30pm (collection 8-9am next day)
- Under 18s: Welcome until 9pm
- Entertainment: DJs/singers welcome (recommendations available)
Fresh Catering by Baby E
We offer in-house catering for £14 per guest. From colourful platters and bagels to wraps and vegan-friendly options, everything is made fresh in our kitchen and served to suit your style of event. Whether you’re after a light bite or a full spread, it’s a great way to bring everyone together.
Hosting a Small Baby Shower?
Not every baby shower needs to be big. If you’re searching for a small baby shower venue in Liverpool, Baby E is an ideal choice. Our space is just the right size to keep things feeling special and intimate.
What is your capacity for baby showers?
Our space can comfortably host between 40 and 100 guests.
Can I decorate the venue myself or bring party favours?
Absolutely. You can decorate the space yourself, and you’re welcome to bring party favours for your guests. Decorator access begins at 4:30pm, with collection the following morning between 8am and 9am.
Are children allowed to attend?
Yes, children are very welcome. Under 18s must leave the venue by 9pm unless the bar closes at that time.
Is parking available nearby?
Yes. We’re located just off Dale Street in Liverpool city centre. The closest car parks are NCP Moorfields and Victoria Street Car Park, both within easy walking distance. We’re also just a minute’s walk from Moorfields train station, making it easy for guests arriving by rail.
