Baby E Coffee is the perfect Liverpool city centre venue to host your engagement party filled with fun, dancing, and unforgettable memories. From intimate gatherings to lively evenings with friends, we’ve got the space and vibe to make your celebration truly special.
Our open-plan space is full of character with a warm, industrial feel. It’s a blank canvas for your celebration and has plenty of room for live music, DJs, and space to dance. With our outdoor terrace just steps away, your guests can relax, chat, and raise a glass under the city lights.
Decorations to Make It Yours
Bring your own party favours, table arrangements, and personal touches to style the space exactly how you like. From small decorative details to larger setups, our flexible open-plan venue allows you to create a celebration that’s truly unique and memorable. We can also recommend decorators for balloons or florists and are here to help in any way to make your day special.

Our open bar includes plenty of choices to keep your guests refreshed throughout the evening. To make things simple, we also offer drinks packages that are perfect for groups, including:
Bucket of bottled beers – £100
6 bottles of prosecco – £150
6 bottles of wine – £120

Eat, Drink, Celebrate
We offer catering from our kitchen for £15 per guest. From sharing platters and wraps to bagels, vegan-friendly dishes, skewers, and pastries, everything is freshly prepared and served buffet-style to suit your celebration. Whether you’re after a light bite or a full spread, it’s a great way to bring everyone together.

- Guest Numbers: 40 to 100
- Hire Fee: £300
- Damages Deposit: £150 (refundable)
- Minimum Bar Spend: £500 (on the night or pre-arranged)
- Catering: £15 per person (optional)
- Drinks Packages: Bucket of Bottled Beer £100, 6 Bottles of Prosecco £150, 6 Bottles of Wine £120 (optional)
- Event Times: from 5pm - 1am (Sundays 5pm - midnight)
- Decorator Access: From 4:30pm (collection 8-9am next day)
- Under 18s: Welcome until 9pm
- Entertainment: DJs/singers welcome (recommendations available)

What is your capacity for engagement parties?
Our space can comfortably host between 40 and 100 guests.
Can I decorate the venue myself or bring party favours?
Absolutely. You can decorate the space yourself, and you’re welcome to bring party favours for your guests. Decorator access begins at 4:30pm, with collection the following morning between 8am and 9am.
Are children allowed to attend?
Yes, children are very welcome. Under 18s must leave the venue by 9pm unless the bar closes at that time.
Is parking available nearby?
Yes. We’re located just off Dale Street in Liverpool city centre. The closest car parks are NCP Moorfields and Victoria Street Car Park, both within easy walking distance. We’re also just a minute’s walk from Moorfields train station, making it easy for guests arriving by rail.
